Nanjing Fortune Industry Park, invested by Nanjing Fortune Investment Group and New Market Financial Company with capital of billion yuan, is operated by Hongkong Zhongqing Sci-Tech Company and Nanjing Weili Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. The industry park covering an area of 187,500 sqm and with total GFA of 360,000m, will be developed in three phases and be finished in three year.
It will be built to be a multi-functional, high sci-tech and knowledge-intense park integrating software outsourcing, programming, database, comic and animation, mode design, chip R&D, wireless telecom technology, concept auto design, biological science and technology R&D, incubator etc. At the same time, with New York University and Qinghua University, the industry park will set up allied research institute to promote the development of information industry, aviation industry, culture industry, biology technology in China.
The first phase is 127,000 sqm.
