Nanjing Outlets Project

Nanjing Outlets Shopping Plaza is invested by Nanjing Lek Yuen Group (majority shareholder) and Shanghai Fengchang Investment Co.,Ltd (the operating team for Shanghai Qingpu Outlets ). The project has a land area of 1000 mu, including 550 mu retail and 450 mu residential. GFA 1.3 million sqm (400,000 sqm retail and 900,000 sqm residential) .Currently the project is in design phase.
Nanjing Outlets, located in Aviation Hub Industry Park, Jiangning Development Zone, Nanjing, is a large-scale thematic shopping plaza integrating retail, F&B, entertainment and culture. The project will form a new economic cycle with Nanjing as the core city and affecting regions like the south and north of Yangtze River, Anhui and the north of Zhejiang Province.
